ESARA is pleased to announce that the “Hands-on, Live Cases Course on Non-Surgical Cosmetic & Aesthetic Male Genitalia Treatments” was successfully conducted on May 16, 2025, at the ANDROCLINIC Andrology Clinic, marking a significant milestone in advanced medical education in aesthetic and reconstructive andrology.
This high-level educational program was designed to provide physicians with comprehensive training in non-surgical aesthetic treatments of the male genitalia, combining in-depth theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience on live cases. Participants enhanced their expertise in patient selection, detailed anatomical understanding, and the safe, effective, and personalized application of cutting-edge treatments.
The course featured an esteemed faculty of internationally recognized experts, including surgeon-urologist Dr. Dimitris Borousas, a specialist in aesthetic and reconstructive genital surgery; Professor Vasilis Protogerou (NKUA), urologist-andrologist with an outstanding academic and research portfolio; and plastic surgeon Dr. Dimitris Triantafyllou, renowned for his extensive experience in aesthetic surgery of the external male genitalia.
The scientific program included comprehensive theoretical sessions, presentation of advanced clinical protocols, and practical training on live models. Special emphasis was placed on innovative injectable therapies for genital rejuvenation and aesthetic and functional enhancement, utilizing hyaluronic acid (HA), poly-L-lactic acid (PLL), and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). In addition, combined treatment protocols incorporating PRP and low-intensity shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s disease were showcased.
