The European Society of Aesthetic & Reconstructive Andrology | ESARA welcomes everyone that registers and acquires an ESARA services from ESARA and awaiting them to attend; however, ESARA knows extenuating circumstances do occur.

“ESARA services” may change from time to time by altering existing, adding new or discontinuing ESARA services. As such within the term “ESARA services” are included all existing and future services and activities as these are officially presented at ESARA official website www.esara.org
Payment Policy:
A registration to an ESARA service is not complete until full payment has been received. Payments not received two (-2-) weeks before the commence of the relevant ESARA event may result in no admittance of the person(s) to the service registered for. Payment may be made by Credit Card and Bank transfer with the submission of a completed registration form. In the event of any cancelation, refund and / or transfer of service a processing / administration fee of € 250 will be charged for administration costs. Also, any relevant bank expenses for the refund will be charged to the cancelling party.
ESARA Cancellation and Refund Policy:
ESARA service Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to all ESARA services offered.
All ESARA services sales are final and nonrefundable.
In case of the unforeseen case that a registrant to an ESARA service is unable to attend an ESARA service for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with ESARA, someone else to attend in their place. If a registrant is unable to attend, and providing that ESARA is informed in writing at info@esara.org at least three (-3-) weeks before the commence of ESARA service as displayed on the official website for the event in question, the fee paid can be left with ESARA as payment towards a place at the same event the following year or another ESARA event that takes place in the 12 months following the originally booked event.
An ESARA service may be transferred to another individual provided this individual is not already registered with the same ESARA service; the ESARA service registration can be only used for the exact service acquired for, and the individual to qualify for the type of registration being transferred.
For example, an active ESARA Senior Member congress registration can only be transferred to another active ESARA Senior Member that wants to register for the congress and not to a regular Physician registration, corporate registration etc.
In order to transfer an ESARA acquired service you must officially contact ESARA at info@esara.org . For more information about registration transfers, please contact info@esara.org .
All invoices for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.
The latest date for transferring an ESARA service is three (-3-) weeks before the commence the relevant ESARA service as displayed on the official website for the event in question. No transfer of an ESARA service will be accepted after that date.
No refunds or transfers are allowed after the above-mentioned date and/or the commence of an ESARA service
No refunds of transfers are allowed for no-shows or cancellations.
Note that circumstances beyond the control of ESARA may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. Therefore, ESARA reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the official web site the soonest possible.

Requests for refunds and transfers are accepted up to three (-3-) weeks before the commence of the relevant ESARA Service as this date is stated in the official webpage for the relevant service. All requests must be accompanied with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for.
Submission of lectures and other presenting material:
All presenters, presenting doctors and authors, including keynote, invited, oral, poster presenters at ESARA services by submitting their presentation material; being lectures, videos, presentations, posters but not limited to those; they declare that these are of their personal intellectual property rights and that no such claims will be made by other person or organization. All presenters agree to save ESARA harmless from any liability, loss, damages or expense, including assessable legal fees, arising from such events.
All presenters are responsible for following all ethical, legal, medico-ethical and medico-legal requirements and that they are free of any commercial and other bias. All presenters are responsible for the correctness of medical procedures, treatments and any practices (being surgical or non-surgical) presented through the presentation material. ESARA is not liable for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries or any damage of any kind that might arise out of the use or relate to the presenting material.
All presenting material submitted by all presenters must follow the guidelines of ESARA as these are defined by ESARA for each ESARA service, all presenters agree to and give the permission to ESARA to present the presenting material during ESARA services, electronically broadcast and record all presenting material with the presenter narration for all the ESARA service purposes and to make them available at any means that ESARA perceived as adequate for the purposes of ESARA services.
Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:
“Unforeseen circumstances” is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents ESARA from continuing with the provision of an ESARA service such as but not limited to a conference, training, webinar etc. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, world health organization and local government directives, site unavailability, technology challenges, presenter absence etc.
ESARA shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil any term of an ESARA service, if such delay or failure is due to circumstances out of its control.
Circumstances of force majeure shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following: events, actions or omission such as strikes, lock-out, lack of workers, riots, war, threat or preparation of war, fires, sabotage, storm, flood, earthquake, production facility’s breakdowns, collapse of buildings, execution of orders of the Public Authorities, World Health Organization and Local Government directives requisitions and execution of orders, lack of raw materials or fuel or any other source of energy, block of transportation, but not limited to these.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
This Agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with Greek law. All legal disputes arising from this Agreement that it is not possible to solve in amicable way shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Athens, Greece.
